  The Ommegang Brewery is a great place to visit if you are in the Cooperstown area. The beers they brew there are some of the best in the States in my opinion. The pub there is rather expensive, but the food they make is well prepared. For an order of frites (steak cut french fries) and a sandwich you're easily at $20, and that's not including your beer. The concert series they put on in the summer are nice, with ample space on the hill to put down a chair or blanket and watch the show. Just be warned that everything inside the concert grounds are CASH ONLY with ATM's onsite that charge an arm and a leg for their "convenience".
